Scope

This part of GB/T 1634 specifies the method for determining the load deflection temperature of high-strength thermosetting laminates. The bending stress used is not fixed like GB/T 1634.2, but is a fraction (1/1000) of the initial (room temperature) bending modulus of the tested material. This makes the method applicable to materials with a wide range of flexural moduli. For other information, see Chapter 1 of GB/T 1634.1-2004.
