Scope
This part of GB/T 2910 specifies the method for the determination of acetate fiber content in a two-component mixture consisting of the following fibers after removal of non-fibrous matter by the acetone method: acetate fiber and wool, animal hair, silk, regenerated protein fiber , cotton (combed, bleached, or bleached), flax, hemp, ramie, jute, abaca, stiga, coir, gorse, cupro, viscose, modal, polyamide fiber, polyester, acrylic and glass. This method is not applicable to mixtures containing modified polyacrylonitrile fibers, nor is it suitable for mixtures of acetate fibers whose surface has been deacetylated.
