Scope
This part of GB/T 25117 is applicable to the combination system composed of electric motor, indirect converter and its control system on rolling stock, its purpose is to specify: Performance characteristics of the system; test methods to verify those performance characteristics. Combined systems are divided into the following two types: a) AC motors (mainly auxiliary motors such as cooling ventilation motors) fed by an indirect converter without any control between their mechanical output (torque, speed) and the converter , it can be considered that the motor is powered by the busbar (variable frequency variable voltage or constant frequency constant voltage); b) There is a controlled (parallel or non-parallel) AC motor between the mechanical output and the indirect converter. The first type of system is tested according to GB/T 25123.2-2010 and GB/T 25122.12010. This section applies to the second category, mainly traction drive systems. GB/T 25123.2-2010 applies to AC motors powered by converters, GB/T 25122.1-2010 applies to power electronic converters, and GB/T 25119-2010 applies to electronic equipment. This part applies to motors, converters A combined system composed of its control system. Therefore, GB/T 25123. 2--2010 describes the test method for verifying whether the motor meets its technical conditions, and GB/T 25122. 1-2010 describes the test method for verifying whether the converter meets its technical conditions. Obviously, some tests in this section can replace the corresponding tests in the above-mentioned standards. An agreement should be reached between the user and the manufacturer to avoid duplication of tests. It is very complicated to carry out a complete set of combination tests, and often requires a lot of power, which may not be implemented in the factory. Therefore, the user and the manufacturer can agree that the test can be carried out in the factory or on the rolling stock. Tests can also be done separately, partly in the factory and partly on the line. At the time of drafting of this Part, only the following combinations of motor inverters have been used in traction drive systems: asynchronous motors powered by voltage source inverters; asynchronous motors powered by current source inverters; synchronous motors powered by current source inverters electric motor. This section is also applicable to other combinations that may be used in the future. The DC input of the inverter can be the power supply grid or the intermediate DC link, and they are also rectified by the AC grid (2.2.1 in GB/T 25122.1 2010) or chopped by the DC grid (2.2.2 in GB/T 25122.1-2010) or Provided by self-contained power supply (such as vehicle generator, storage battery or other electronic power supply, see 1.1 in GB/T 25122.1-2010).
