Scope
This standard stipulates the use, design, manufacture and test requirements of electronic devices, and also specifies the basic requirements for software and hardware that must be possessed by the device for durability and reliability. If appropriate, additional requirements in other standards or specifications can be used as supplementary requirements of this standard. See Appendix B for the terms of this standard that can be negotiated and reached by both parties. This standard applies to all control, adjustment, protection, power supply and other electronic devices installed on rail transit vehicles (including subways and urban rail vehicles). These devices may be powered by the on-board battery or generator, or may be powered by a low-voltage power source (transformer, voltage divider, auxiliary power supply) connected directly or indirectly to the catenary; in this standard, electronic devices refer to semiconductor devices and other General-purpose components are the main components of the device, and these components are usually mounted on a printed board.
