This part of GB/T 18290 is applicable to solderless crimp connections, the cross-sectional area of the stranded wire of the connecting wire is 0.05 mm2~10 mm2 or a solid wire with a diameter of 0.25 mm~3.6 mm and solderless crimp connections appropriately designed as non-insulated or pre-insulated crimp barrels. This connection is used in communication equipment and electronic equipment using similar technology. In order to obtain a stable electrical connection under the specified environmental conditions, in addition to the test procedures, this part also specifies some empirical data based on actual industrial use. The purpose of this standard is to determine the suitability of solderless crimp connections under specified mechanical, electrical and atmospheric conditions. When the design or processing of the tools used for connection is different, provide a method for comparable test results.
