This standard specifies the hygienic indicators and inspection methods of grain, as well as the hygienic requirements for packaging, labelling, transportation and storage. This standard applies to raw grains and finished grains for human consumption, including cereals, beans, potatoes, etc., and does not apply to raw materials for processing edible oil.
