Scope
The special requirements of this part of GB (GB/T) 16895 apply to: - places where sauna booths are installed; - rooms where sauna heaters or sauna heating equipment are installed, the entire room is considered to be a sauna. It is not applicable to the prefabricated sauna cabins manufactured by the manufacturer that meet the relevant equipment standards. Locations with installations such as cold water basins or showers shall also comply with Part 701 requirements.
