Scope

This part of GB 25684 specifies the safety requirements for motor graders and gives the legend of motor graders. This part is used in combination with GB 25684.1. The specific requirements of this part take precedence over the general requirements of GB 25684.1. This section applies to graders defined in GB/T 8498. This part specifies all the major hazards, dangerous states or dangerous events related to the earth-moving machinery in this scope when it is applied under the manufacturer's specified purpose and foreseeable misuse conditions; Technical measures for risks arising from major hazards, hazardous states or hazardous events. This section does not apply to machines manufactured before the implementation of this section.
