Scope

This part of GB 25684 specifies the general safety requirements for earth-moving machinery. The safety requirements of this section are shared by two or more earth-moving machinery families. This part applies to earth-moving machinery defined in GB/T 8498, and also applies to machine attachments and derivative machines mainly designed to use working devices for unloading, loading, transporting, spreading soil or leveling soil and rocks. This part specifies all the major hazards, dangerous states or dangerous events related to the earth-moving machinery in this scope when it is applied under the manufacturer's specified purpose and foreseeable misuse conditions; Technical measures for risks arising from major hazards, hazardous states or hazardous events. When the main power source of the machine is electrical energy, this section does not deal with electrical hazards related to the main circuit of the machine and the drive. This section does not apply to machines manufactured before the implementation of this section.
