Scope

This standard specifies the type classification, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of general-purpose bridge cranes with a rated weight of 3.2t to 320t. This standard applies to general-purpose bridge cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes) working in general environments. The pick-up device is a hook or a grab or a lifting electromagnet (electromagnetic sucker), or two or three of them are used at the same time. It can also refer to the same parts of general bridge cranes with a rated lifting capacity greater than 320t or other bridge cranes. This standard does not apply to cranes used under the following conditions: ——Inflammable, explosive, flammable gas, dust and corrosive gas environment; ——Nuclear radiation environment, toxic gas environment.
