GB/T 26949.10-2011 Industrial trucks.Verification of stability.Part 10: Additional stability tests for trucks operating in the special conditions of stacking with load laterally displaced by powered devices (English Version)
This part of GB/T 26949 specifies the stability and verification methods related to the safety of industrial vehicles defined in GB/T 6104. Industrial vehicles referred to in this part are self-propelled or pedestrian-propelled vehicles with wheels, except for vehicles running on rails. These vehicles can be driver-controlled or unmanned and are used for jacking, lifting, stacking or layering. This part of GB/T 26949 specifies additional tests for verifying the stability of vehicles equipped with dynamic load handling devices (such as side shifters), which can move the center of mass of the load from the longitudinal center plane of the vehicle by an obvious predetermined The amount of displacement, and the load is accessed when the mast is vertical or the telescopic boom is raised to the maximum angle and maximum extension. A displacement is considered significant if it is greater than the following values: - vehicles with a rated lifting capacity t of less than 5 000 kg: 100 mm; Vehicles with a lifting capacity greater than 10,000 kg and less than 20,000 kg: 250 mm; — Vehicles with a rated lifting capacity of not less than 20,000 kg: 350 mm.
