Scope: This part specifies the method for evaluating the effectiveness of LEMP shielding measures for buildings installed with information equipment (such as electronic systems) under the conditions of lightning strikes and nearby lightning strikes. It also gives the rules for various equipotential connection measures and various grounding methods in buildings related to lightning electromagnetic pulse protection.
