This part of GB/T 26949 specifies the stability and verification methods related to the safety of industrial vehicles defined in ISO 5053. Industrial vehicles referred to in this section are self-propelled or pedestrian vehicles with wheels, except for vehicles running on rails. These vehicles can be driver-controlled or unmanned and used for handling, towing, jacking, lifting, stacking or layering in racks. This part specifies the basic test specifications and requirements for verifying the stability of industrial vehicles (hereinafter referred to as vehicles). This part applies to the following vehicle types and their specific conditions: a) Counterbalanced forklift trucks specified in ISO 22915-2; b) Reach and forklift trucks specified in ISO 22915-3; c) ISO 22915- Pallet stacking trucks, double-deck stacking trucks and picking vehicles with a lifting height of no more than 1200mm at the operator's position specified in 4; d) side-mounted forklifts (one side); e) two-way and Multi-directional forklifts; f) Additional stability tests for stacking operations under specific conditions of door frame tilting forward and load lifting specified in ISO 22915-8; g) Counterbalanced forklifts for handling freight containers with a length of 6 m or more; h) Additional stability test for stacking operation under specific conditions of side shifting load by the power unit specified in GB/T 22949.10 (ISO 22915-10); i) Telescopic arm forklift; j) Handling 6m and above length Telescopic forklifts for freight containers; k) off-road telescopic forklifts; l) counterbalanced forklifts with articulated steering; m) pedestrian vehicles; n) cargo and personnel carriers; o) ISO 22915-20 Stability test of attachments operating under specific conditions of load offset in use; p) Picking vehicles with a lift height greater than 1200mm at the operator's position specified in ISO 22915-21. This section also applies to vehicles equipped with load handling equipment under the same operating conditions. This section does not apply to: ——Vehicles carrying suspended loads that can swing freely; ——Low-lift vehicles with a sound height not greater than 500mm. ——Low-lift vehicles whose lift height is not more than 500mm.
