Except for the following provisions, this chapter of GB 3883.1-2008 applies. Addition: This section applies to sanding machines and polishing machines other than the various disc tools covered by the scope of GB 3883.3. Tools covered by this section include, but are not limited to, belt sanders, reciprocating sanders or polishers, orbital sanders or polishers, and random orbital sanders or polishers.
