Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for protection devices (hereinafter referred to as protection devices) and related equipment such as line protection, circuit breaker protection, short lead protection, busbar protection, transformer protection, high-voltage shunt reactor protection, and bus-tie section protection in intelligent substations. Test methods, inspection rules, and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to 110(66)kV~750kV voltage level protection devices for smart substations, and is the basis for device development, design, manufacture, testing, inspection and application. For the interface form and requirements of the input and output of the relay protection device, this standard only stipulates the relevant digital interface requirements when the relay protection device adopts SV or GOOSE, and does not specify the interface form of the input and output of the relay protection device in the smart substation. . The protection devices of 35 kV and below voltage levels of smart substations can refer to this standard.
