Scope

This standard specifies the relevant terms and definitions of smart substations, clarifies the technical principles, system architecture and functional requirements of smart substations, and specifies the equipment, testing, design, commissioning, operation and maintenance of smart substations. This standard applies to 110 (66) kV ~ 750 kV voltage level intelligent substation.
