- This standard specifies the test conditions, test items, test methods and test records for the performance of the eddy current flaw detection system. The eddy current flaw detection system refers to the equipment used in the eddy current flaw detection work, generally including eddy current flaw detector, detection coil, recording device, transmission device and magnetic saturation device, etc. This standard applies to the testing and adjustment of the performance of the eddy current flaw detection system of the penetrating coil. The eddy current flaw detection system using other types of detection coils can also be used as a reference.
