Scope
This part of GB/T 7251 defines the specific requirements for distribution boards (DBO) operated by ordinary personnel. DBOs are subject to the following conditions: - intended to be operated by ordinary personnel (e.g. switch operation and replacement of fuses), e.g. in civil (household) applications; - outgoing circuits contain protective devices intended to be operated by ordinary personnel, complying with the following standards , such as IEC 60898-1, IEC 61008, IEC 61009, IEC 62423 and IEC 60269-3; ——The rated voltage to earth shall not exceed AC 300 V; ——The rated current (Inc) of the outlet circuit shall not exceed 125 A and the rated current of the DBO (InA) does not exceed 250 A; - intended for electrical energy distribution; - enclosed, fixed installation; - used indoors or outdoors. A DBO may include control and/or signaling devices related to power distribution. This standard applies to all DBOs, whether designed, manufactured and validated in one go, or manufactured in fully standardized series. DBOs may be assembled outside of the original manufacturer's factory. This section does not apply to individual devices and packaged components that meet their respective product standards, such as circuit breakers, knife fuses, electronic equipment, etc. This section does not apply to specific types of complete equipment included in other parts of GB/T 7251.
