1、范围:本标准规定了涤纶粒子棉本色纱(以下简称“涤纶粒子纱”)产品的分类、标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装。 本标准适用于鉴定环锭机纺纱制的涤纶粒子纱的品质,不适用于鉴定特种用途涤纶粒子纱的品质。 2、术语和定义:涤纶粒子是由涤纶纤维经特殊工艺制得的直径为1-2mm的纤维颗粒;涤纶粒子棉本色纱是纱的基纱原料为100%棉,沿纱长度方向均匀分布涤纶粒子的纱,涤纶粒子可为有色或本色。 3、标准的指标创新:粒子脱落率是从纱上脱落的涤纶粒子质量占原纱质量的百分比。 粒子脱落率的测试方法:在可以长度计数的并纱机或络筒机上将涤纶粒子纱络纱到已知重量的筒管1上,长度为100m,称取筒管1(含纱)质量,得到纱重,记为m0;然后在机上将筒管1上的纱再倒到已知重量的筒管2上,称取筒管2(含纱)质量,得到纱重,记为m1,反复进行以上操作,直至连续两次称取质量的变化率不超过2%,则可结束试验。将最后一次的测试得到的纱的质量记为mn,粒子脱落率的计算见式(2):                                   ·············(2) 式中: l—粒子脱落率,%; m0—“100m”试样测试前质量,单位为克(g); mn—“100m”试样最后一次测试质量,单位为克(g)。

1.1 This test method covers a procedure for determining the extractable material on most fibers, yarns, and fabrics. Three options are included. Option 1 uses heat and Soxhlet extraction apparatus. Option 2 uses room temperature and extraction funnels. Option 3 uses either Option 1 or Option 2 extraction but provides for calculation of extractable matter from the loss in mass of the material due to the extraction rather than the extractable matter residue.
