1.1  This test method pertains to the determination of the relative contents of ketone-ethylene-ester (KEE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) after their extraction from reinforced roofing membranes or fabrics. Based on proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR), the method allows for the quantification of PVC with respect to an internal standard. The KEE content is then obtained by difference. The test method is not applicable to membranes or blends that contain high molecular weight polymers other than PVC and KEE. 1.2  Units— The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. 1.3  This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. 1适用范围的确定 传统型背网胶(又叫云石胶)现有的国家标准是JC/T 989—2006《非结构承载用石材胶粘剂》。石材用环保型背网胶与传统的云石胶、溶剂型背网胶相比,无论是化学组成、工作原理、性能指标、检测方法、施工方法、功能作用上都差异较大,无法套用现行的标准来评价产品的质量。因此,我们对本标准的使用范围进行了限制,仅适用于饰面石材与增强背网之间的环保型背网胶产品,溶剂型背网胶、云石胶等不适用于本标准。 2检测项目的确定 本标准参照了陶瓷粘胶剂、石材防护剂、防水背胶等产品标准的检测方法,又结合环保型石材背网胶的特点:是集增强、防护、防水等功能于一体的水性背网胶,于是在检验项目方面,我们选择了外观、拉伸粘结强度、浸水后的拉伸粘结强度、热老化后的拉伸粘结强度、冻融循环后的拉伸粘结强度、晾晒时间≥20min,拉伸胶粘强度、剪切粘结强度、抗渗性、水泥粘结强度下降率、挥发性有机化合物等具有代表性的几个项目,这些项目既能满足水性石材背网胶产品性能要求,又能促进水性石材背网胶由新兴产品向成熟产品过渡。
