IEC 61347-1:2017 灯控装置.第1部分:一般安全要求

This part of IEC 61347 specifies general and safety requirements for lamp controlgear for use on d.c. supplies up to 2501000 V and/or a.c. supplies up to 1000 V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz. This standard also covers lamp controlgear for lamps which are not yet standardized. Tests dealt with in this standard are type tests. Requirements for testing individual lamp controlgear during production are not included. Requirements for semi-luminaires are given in IEC 60598-1:2014 (see definition 0). Particular requirements for controlgears providing safety extra low voltage (from now on SELV) are given in Annex L. It can be expected that lamp control gear which comply with this standard will not compromise safety between 90 % and 110 % of their rated supply voltage in independent use and when operated in luminaires complying with the safety standard IEC 60598-1 and the relevant part IEC 60598-2-xx and with lamps complying with the relevant lamp standards. Performance requirements may require tighter limits.

This part of IEC 61347 specifies general and safety requirements for miscellaneous electronic circuits used with luminaires for use on a.c. supplies up to 1000 V at 50 Hz or 60 Hz and/or d.c. supplies up to 2501000 V. This part of IEC 61347 does not apply to circuits or devices for which specific IEC standards are published. NOTE Examples of miscellaneous electronic circuits used with luminaires are electronic ballast control circuits; switching circuits used in association with daylight and/or presence sensors; circuits to assist EMC performance; intermittence and similar devices used with lighting chains; earth leakage or open-circuit protective devices used with neon transformers.

This document applies to bayonet lampholders B15d and B22d for connection of lamps and semi-luminaires to a supply voltage of 250 V. This document also covers lampholders which are integral with a luminaire or intended to be built into appliances. It covers the requirements for the lampholder only. For all other requirements, such as protection against electric shock in the area of the terminals, the requirements of the relevant appliance standard are observed and tested after building into the appropriate equipment, when that equipment is tested according to its own standard. Lampholders for use by luminaire manufacturers only are not for retail sale. Where lampholders are used in luminaires, their maximum operating temperatures are specified in IEC 60598-1. B15d denotes the cap/holder fit as defined by IEC 60061-1, sheet 7004-11 and IEC 60061-2, sheet 7005-16 with the corresponding gauges. B22d denotes the cap/holder fit as defined by IEC 60061-1, sheet 7004-10 and IEC 60061-2, sheet 7005-10 with the corresponding gauges.

This part of IEC 60838 applies to lampholders of miscellaneous types intended for building-in (to be used with general purpose light sources, projection lamps, floodlighting lamps and street-lighting lamps with caps as listed in Annex A) and the methods of test to be used in determining the safe use of lamps in lampholders. This part of IEC 60838 also covers lampholders which are integral with a luminaire. It covers the requirements for the lampholder only. This part of IEC 60838 also covers lampholders integrated in an outer shell and dome similar to Edison screw lampholders. Such lampholders are further tested in accordance with the relevant clauses of IEC 60238. Requirements for lampholders for tubular fluorescent lamps, Edison screw lampholders and bayonet lampholders are covered by separate standards.
