The CEAST® Resil Impactor is the most sophisticated of the Resil family of testers. Its flexible design allows for resilience determination in Izod, Charpy or Impact Tests in Tension. This pendulum style tester is available in 6 models designed specifically for tests ranging from 1 to 50 Joule.
The Impactor Models are able to perform tests in accordance with a multitude of ASTM and international standards, making it one of the most flexible and affordable impact testers in the world.
The Impactor features a uniquely accurate self calibration system and automatic windage and friction correction. Further improvements in accuracy and precision can be obtained with the optional measuring unit, which digitally measures and stores the specimen dimensions.
