This standard specifies the requirements for the control, monitoring and supervision of oil and gas emissions during the unloading, storage and refueling of gasoline (including alcohol-containing gasoline) at gas stations. This standard applies to the management of gasoline (including alcohol-containing gasoline) oil and gas emissions from existing gas stations, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion and acceptance of new, rebuilt and expanded gas station projects, the issuance of pollutant discharge permits and the management of oil and gas emissions after completion . After the implementation of the new discharge standards, if the contents of the pollutant discharge permits of existing enterprises are inconsistent with the new standards, the pollutant discharge permits shall be changed before the time limit for the new standards to take effect.
