Low-voltage fuses—Part 5: Guidance for the application of low-voltage fuses

Scope: This part of GB/T13539 is used to guide the application of low-voltage fuses. The standard expresses how current-limiting fuses can be conveniently used to protect modern complex and sensitive electrical and electronic equipment. This section applies to low-voltage fuses designed and manufactured in accordance with the IEC60269 series for AC to 1000V and DC to 1500V. This section provides important technical arguments and information on the application of fuses.
