Scope

This part of GB 13539 is used to guide the application of low-voltage fuses. The standard expresses how current-limiting fuses are now easy to protect complex and sensitive electrical and electronic equipment. This standard is particularly applicable to low-voltage fuse-links up to 1 000 V a.c. and up to 1 500 V d.c. designed and manufactured in accordance with the IEC 60269 series. This section provides important technical arguments and information on the application of fuses.
