Scope: This standard applies to ID connections that are inaccessible when tested and measured according to Part 3, and which are: ----designed with a suitable ID terminal; ----have a solid round conductor (nominal diameter of 0.25mm to 3.6mm) wires; ---- wires with stranded conductors (with a cross-section of 0.05 mm2 to 10 mm2); this connection is used in communication equipment and electronic equipment using similar technology. In addition, in order to obtain a stable electrical connection under the specified environmental conditions, in addition to the test procedures, this standard also specifies some empirical data based on actual industrial use.
