GB/T 5009.86-2003 Determination of total ascorbic acid in fruits,vegetables and derived products-Flourometric method and colorimetric method (English Version)
This standard specifies the determination of ascorbic acid in food by fluorescence method and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine colorimetric method. This standard applies to the determination of total ascorbic acid in vegetables, fruits and their products. The detection limit of this method: the fluorescence method is 0.022 μg/mL, and the 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine colorimetric method is 0.1 μg/mL. Linear range: 5μg/mL~20μg/mL for fluorescence method, 1μg/mL~12μg/mL for 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine colorimetric method.
