This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical and test requirements for low-voltage complete sets of reactive power compensation devices. This standard applies to low-voltage complete sets of reactive power compensation devices (hereinafter referred to as devices) with a rated AC voltage not exceeding 1000V (or 1140V) and a frequency not exceeding 1000Hz.
