Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Shaoxing wine, the protection scope of geographical indication products, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to Shaoxing wine, also known as Shaoxing rice wine (hereinafter collectively referred to as Shaoxing wine), in the catalog of geographical indication product protection regulations approved by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
