This standard specifies the designation, size, shape, weight and allowable deviation, technical methods, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, signs and quality certificates of low-alloy high-strength structural steels. This standard is applicable to low-alloy high structural steel plates, steel strips, copper rods, etc. for general structures and engineering.
