Scope

This section covers the basic dimensions of subrack modular series installed in equipment conforming to IEC 60297-1, and also includes the basic dimension series compatible with plug-ins and printed boards. This section also includes the relevant dimensions of two-piece connectors that comply with GB/T 15157.2 and are mounted on subracks and plug-ins. Standard positions for free connectors are also specified so that inserts are mechanically interchangeable in subracks with their corresponding fixed connector positions. Appendix A specifies the dimensions of plug-in connectors that are standardized or to be standardized by IEC, and the detailed dimensions of the corresponding subracks.
