GB/T 25000.62-2014 Software engineering.Software product quality requirements and evaluation (SQuaRE).Common industry format (CIF) for usability test reports (English Version)
This part of GB/T 25000 is applicable to the preparation of the report after conducting the usability test on the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction under the specific use environment according to GB/T 18978.11-2004. This section applies to the following situations: -- when the usability professionals of the supplier organization prepare reports for use by the customer organization; -- when the customer organization verifies that a particular report conforms to this document; -- when ergonomics experts within the customer organization or when other usability professionals evaluate the technical value of usability testing and product usability; -- when other professionals and managers within the customer organization use test results to make business decisions about product suitability and purchase. "5.2 Executive Summary" and "5.3 Introduction" provide summary information for non-accessibility professionals and managers. 5.4 and 5.5 describe the test methods and results in terms of technical details, and these test data can also be used to weigh the expected cost and benefits of the product. For best results, a technical background in ergonomics or usability engineering is required to understand and interpret these clauses. Report Format Assumptions: During test design and execution, formal practices [1,2] are followed. Test procedures that produce usability measures that facilitate summarization should be used, i.e. such tests are summative. Some usability assessment methods are primarily used to identify problems rather than to produce measurements, such as formative testing. This section does not support the results of this test method.
