Scope
This standard specifies the general functional requirements for the business, management, and options of the Administrative Electronic Records Creation and Transaction System (AERCTS). This standard is applicable to the construction, use and evaluation of government agencies, groups, enterprises, institutions and other social organizations for the formation and handling system of clerical electronic documents, and can also be used as a reference for scientific research and teaching institutions.
