This document gives requirements and recommendations for the selection and qualification of carbon and low-alloy steels for service in equipment used in oil and natural gas production and natural gas treatment plants in H2S-containing environments, whose failure can pose a risk to the health and safety of the public and personnel or to the environment. It can be applied to help to avoid costly corrosion damage to the equipment itself. It supplements, but does not replace, the materials requirements of the appropriate design codes, standards or regulations. This document addresses the resistance of these steels to damage that can be caused by sulfide stress cracking (SSC) and the related phenomena of stress-oriented hydrogen-induced cracking (SOHIC) and soft-zone cracking (SZC). This document also addresses the resistance of these steels to hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) and its possible development into stepwise cracking (SWC). This document is concerned only with cracking. Loss of material by general (mass loss) or localized corrosion is not addressed. Table 1 provides a non-exhaustive list of equipment to which this document is applicable, including exclusions. This document applies to the qualification and selection of materials for equipment designed and constructed using load controlled design methods. For design utilizing strain-based design methods, see ISO 15156-1:2020, Clause 5. Annex A lists SSC-resistant carbon and low alloy steels, and A.2.4 includes requirements for the use of cast irons. This document addresses the resistance of thermoplastics to the deterioration in properties that can be caused by physical or chemical interaction with produced and injected oil and gas-field media, and with chemical treatment. Interaction with sunlight and ionizing radiation are excluded from the scope of this document. This document is not necessarily suitable for application to equipment used in refining or downstream processes and equipment. The equipment considered includes, but is not limited to, non-metallic pipelines, piping, liners, seals, gaskets and washers. Blistering by rapid gas decompression is not included in the scope of this document. This document applies to the assessment of the stability of non-metallic materials in simulated hydrocarbon production conditions to aid the selection of materials for equipment designed and constructed using conventional design criteria. 智能套筒修复技术 epoxy injection technology for sleeve 主要用于各类钢质管道缺陷的承压强度的恢复。对于此类缺陷,采用钢制套筒安装在管道缺陷的外表面,与管道保持一定环缝隙,环缝隙两端用胶封闭,再在此封闭空间内灌注环氧填胶,构成复合套管,对管道缺陷进行补强。智能套筒内壁预留应变计安装槽,用于后期应变计安装,实现对管体缺陷及环氧填充剂的应力监测。 3.2  套筒 sleeve 管体缺陷智能套筒修复技术中所用的套筒可以套在钢制管道上,管道和套筒之间注入环氧。套筒包括焊接式和法兰式两种。 3.3  环氧树脂 epoxy resin 修复注入用环氧树脂材料由基料和固化剂按一定比例混合而成。其中基料组分包括:环氧树脂、改性橡胶弹性体、环氧改性聚氨酯弹性体、经偶联剂处理过的无机填料、气相法二氧化硅。固化剂部分包括:改性脂环族胺类固化剂、聚酰胺类固化剂、改性脂肪族胺类固化剂。 3.4  缺陷修补填平胶 glue for repairing and leveling defects 在缺陷处涂抹缺陷修补填平胶可以缓解应力集中。主要包括:环氧树脂、硅灰石、活性稀释剂、增塑剂、胺固化剂。 3.5  缺陷 defect 管道超出可接受标准的不完整类型或量级。 3.6  修复压力 repair pressure 实施修复时缺陷处管道的操作压力。 3.7  凹陷 dent 管壁受外部挤压或碰撞产生径向位移而形成的局部塌陷,是由于管壁永久塑性变形而使管道横截面发生的形状改变。 3.8  应力 stress 作用于单位面积上的载荷或力。 4 补强应具备的资料 4.1 管道资料调查 4.1.1 原始资料 管道管径、壁厚及使用年限。 4.1.2 管道运行记录 管道输送介质、压力、温度等。 4.1.3 管道维修或改造资料 管道维修记录及竣工资料。
