1.1 This practice covers the basis for code recognition of design capacities for OSB structural-use panels. Procedures are provided to establish or re-evaluate design capacities for OSB structural-use panels in flatwise and axial applications. Design capacities for OSB structural-use panels in edgewise applications, such as rim board, are outside the scope of this standard. Procedures for sampling and testing are also provided. Design values stated as capacity per unit dimension are to be regarded as standard. Design capacities developed in accordance with this practice are applicable to panels intended for use in dry in-service conditions. NOTE 1—This practice is based on ICC-ES Acceptance Criteria AC-182. Relative to the scope of AC-182, this practice is limited to OSB panels. NOTE 2—While this practice makes reference to PS 2, this practice applies similarly to products certified to other standards such as CAN/ CSA O325. NOTE 3—OSB produced under PS 2 is rated with the “Exposure 1” bond classification. Exposure 1 panels covered by PS 2 are intended for dry use applications where the in-service equilibrium moisture content conditions are expected to be less than 16 %. Exposure 1 panels are intended to resist the effects of moisture due to construction delays, or other conditions of similar severity. Guidelines on use of OSB are available from manufacturers and qualified agencies. NOTE 4—PS 2-10 replaced the use of nominal thicknesses with a classification term known as Performance Category, which is defined in PS 2 as “A panel designation related to the panel thickness range that is linked to the nominal panel thickness designations used in the International Building Code (IBC) and International Residential Code (IRC).” Therefore, the PS 2 Performance Category should be considered equivalent to the term “nominal thickness” used within this standard. 1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. 1.1 This practice establishes a method for alternative shear wall systems to compare seismic equivalency parameters (SEP) derived from cyclic in-plane racking tests to performance targets derived from tests of light-frame shear walls constructed with wood structural panel (WSP) sheathing attached to dimension lumber framing using nails. 1.2 This practice considers only the performance of shear walls subject to cyclic lateral loading, parallel to the plane of the shear wall. Design of walls with openings and performance for other wall functions, such as out-of-plane bending, combined shear and uplift, and so forth are not considered. 1.3 This practice is applicable only to shear walls where all vertical-load-supporting elements are intact at the end of the in-plane lateral load test and remain capable of supporting gravity loads. Wall assemblies whose vertical-load-supporting elements buckle or otherwise become incapable of supporting gravity loads during the lateral load test are outside the scope of this practice. In addition, for bearing wall systems, this practice assumes that the shear wall system under evaluation has documented design procedures to ensure that vertical-loadsupporting elements have adequate resistance to the combined effect of compression loads caused by overturning and gravity loads. 1.4 This practice does not address height limitations, detailing requirements, wall openings, derivation of design values for strength and stiffness, or other requirements and limitations that may be necessary for an alternative shear wall system. These requirements shall be provided elsewhere, such as by a suitable product standard for the alternative shear wall system. 1.5 This practice assumes that the stiffness or deformation of the alternative shear wall system can be estimated, and that design loads within a structure will be distributed among seismically equivalent wall systems based on their relative stiffness. 1.6 This practice is not intended to preclude other rational means of evaluating seismic performance. 1.7 This practice assumes that the alternative shear wall system may be used alone or in combination with wood-frame shear walls sheathed with wood structural panels. 1.8 Units—The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. The procedures apply to solid wood, woodbased fiber and particulate materials and panels, and wood products containing adhesives. They are intended for use in research and development activities, testing laboratories, quality control, and for all other classes of producers and users. This guide includes background material on the importance of moisture content control, important definitions and technical data, possible types of apparatus, procedures, and the importance of conditioning time. Users should recognize that the necessary degree of precision and bias varies with the intentions of the users. Some research and testing, for example, might require very close control of moisture content, whereas control in an industrial storage facility might not require such close control. 3 术语和定义 QB/T 4463—2013、GB/T 18259—2018界定的以及下列术语和定义适用于本文件。为了便于使用, 以下重复列出了QB/T 4463—2013中的某些术语和定义。 3.1 [来源:QB/T 4463—2013,3.1] 3.2 封边条 edge bands 用于家具板式部件边部封边处理,并对侧边起收口、保护和装饰作用的条状或卷状薄型材料。一般 要求与贴面材料协调一致,常用有塑料封边条、三聚氰胺封边条、木质封边条等。 塑料封边条 plastic edge bands 以各种合成树脂为主要原料(加入或不加入添加剂)制成的一种塑料条状或卷状封边条,其表面为 素色或经印刷、挤压有纹理、图案等。常用主要有聚氯乙烯(PVC)封边条、丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS) 封边条、聚乙烯(PE)封边条、聚丙烯(PP)封边条、聚苯乙烯(PS)封边条、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(或 亚克力,PMMA)封边条等。 [来源:QB/T 4463—2013,3.2] 3.3 封边板件 edgeband panel 采用热熔胶等胶黏剂将封边条与板材边部粘合而成的家居部件。 3.4 胶线 tree scrap 封边胶黏剂固化后形成的带状线条。 3.5 针孔 sub pinhole 胶线表面的针状小孔。 3.6 接口缝隙 interface gap 板件相邻两边封边条接口处的缝隙。 4 分类 4.1 根据封边胶黏剂分 a) EVA胶黏剂封边; b) PUR胶黏剂封边; c) 其他胶黏剂封边。 4.2 按封边人造板基材类型分 a) 纤维板封边; b) 刨花板封边; c) 胶合板封边; d) 其他人造板封边。 4.3 按封边位置分 a) 可视面封边; b) 不可视面封边。 5 要求 5.1 外观质量要求 封边板件外观质量要求应符合表1的规定。 2 T/CNFPIA 3016—2021 3 表 1 外观质量要求 序号 缺陷名称 要求 1 修边粗糙度 不允许出现波浪纹、毛刺 2 修边色差 封边条底色与板面基色保持一致(设计要求不一致除外),且不能出现刮白等现象 3 封边划痕 宽度≤0.3mm,且长度≤30mm,单边划痕数量不超过2处,且两处划痕间隔≥200mm 4 封边胶线 胶线均匀且最大宽度≤0.5mm 5 胶线缺陷 针孔缝隙最大宽度≤0.2mm,且连续针孔最大长度≤200mm,任一边连续针孔不超过 4处 6 封边错位 封边条与板件边部错位最大宽度≤0.5mm,且长度≤10mm 7 封边短缺 最大长度<0.2mm 8 溶剂印痕 封边30min后板面印痕距边宽度≤15mm,程度应不明显 9 接口缝隙 相邻边部封边接口缝隙≤1mm 注:不明显指正常视力自然光下,距产品0.4m,肉眼观察不到。 5.2 封边板件尺寸偏差要求 封边板件尺寸偏差要求应符合表 2 的规定。 表 2 尺寸偏差要求 序号 项目 要求 备注 1 封边对角线偏差 对角线长度≥1000mm ≤1.5mm 矩形板件 对角线长度<1000mm ≤1mm 2 封边垂直度 ±0.15mm/m 矩形板件 5.3 材料要求 5.3.1 封边条质量要求应符合 QB/T 4463—2013 中相关规定。 5.3.2 胶黏剂的有害物质限量应符合 GB 18583—2008 中相关规定。 5.3.3 浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板与纤维板质量要求应符合 GB/T 15102—2017 中相关规定,浸渍胶膜纸饰 面胶合板质量要求应符合 GB/T 34722—2017 中相关规定,其他饰面人造板应符合相关标准规定。 5.4 理化性能要求 板件封边的理化性能应符合表3的规定。 表 3 理化性能要求 序号 项目 要求 备注 1 耐冷热循环 无胀边、脱胶等现象 2 耐高温 无开裂、脱胶等现象 3 浸渍试验 浸渍2h,胀边厚度≤0.3mm EVA胶黏剂封边 浸渍8h,胀边厚度≤0.3mm PUR胶黏剂或其他胶黏剂封边 T/CNFPIA 3016—2021 表3(续) 序号 项目 要求 备注 4 90°封边 剥离强度 ≥3.0N/mm 刨花板、纤维板不可视面封边 ≥4.0N/mm 刨花板、纤维板可视面封边 ≥3.0N/mm 胶合板封边 ≥2.0N/mm 其他人造板封边 6 检验方法 6.1 仪器和工具 6.1.1 千分尺,分度值 0.001mm。 6.1.2 数显卡尺,分度值 0.01mm。 6.1.3 钢直尺,分度值 0.5mm。 6.1.4 钢卷尺,分度值 1mm。 6.1.5 鼓风干燥箱,温度可达 70℃。 6.1.6 水槽,规格:长宽均大于 300mm,温度可保持 20℃±1℃。 6.1.7 力学试验机,量程:0~2000N,精度:0.001N。 6.2 外观质量检验 应在自然光下或光照度为300~600lx范围内的近似自然光(例如40W日光灯)下,视距为400~ 500mm内,由3人共同检验,以多数相同结论为检验结果。 6.3 尺寸偏差检验 6.3.1 封边板件对角线偏差 采用钢直尺或钢卷尺,测定矩形板件的对角线的偏差。 6.3.2 封边板件垂直度 按GB/T 19367—2009中的8.3规定进行。 6.4 理化性能试验 6.4.1 试件要求与数量 试件应在实验室环境(温度 23℃±2℃,相对湿度 50%±5%)下预处理,其中 EVA 胶黏剂封边试件 预处理 24h,PUR 胶黏剂、其他胶黏剂封边试件预处理 72h 后方可试验。送样时,应注明封边胶黏剂或 工艺、人造板基材类型、可视面及不可视面、制作时间等信息。测试试件规格及数量应符合表 4 要求。 表 4 理化性能测试试件要求 序号 项目 试件规格 试件数量 1 耐冷热循环 300mm×300mm×板件厚度 1件 4 T/CNFPIA 3016—2021 5 表4(续) 序号 项目 试件规格 试件数量 2 耐高温 300mm×300mm×板件厚度 1 件 3 浸渍试验 2 件 4 90°封边剥离强度 1~3 件 注:异型封边板根据实际规格而定。 6.4.2 耐冷热循环 按照GB/T 17657—2013中4.38规定进行,冷热转换时间不能超过2min。 6.4.3 耐高温 按照GB/T 17657—2013中4.29规定进行,试验温度为70℃±2℃,时间为2h。 6.4.4 浸渍试验 6.4.4.1 使用数显卡尺测量试件边部中心点及左右距侧边 50mm 处 3 个点的厚度,并计算平均值,作 为试验前的厚度 t1(见图 1),精确至 0.01mm。 图 1 浸渍试验试件厚度测量点 6.4.4.2 将试件竖直浸于温度为 25℃±2℃的水槽中,试验期间温度保持不变,放置方式不得限制试件 自由膨胀,试件封边部位低于水面 15~30mm。 浸泡时间由产品标准规定。 完成浸泡后,取出试件,擦去表面附着的水,使用数显卡尺在原测量点测其厚度 t2,作为试验后的厚度, 精确至 0.01mm。 6.4.4.3 用试验后的厚度 t2,减去试验前的厚度 t1,作为试验结果,采用四舍五入的方法精确至 0.1mm。 T/CNFPIA 3016—2021 6.4.5 90°封边剥离强度 6.4.5.1 按图 2 所示,将试件的封边条从端部位置 90°剥离至少 100mm 后置于试验机夹具内夹紧,以 100mm/min±10mm/min 加荷速度拉伸,测量封边条与基材粘接的剥离力,精确至 0.1N。 图 2 90°封边剥离强度测定示意图 1—上夹具;2—封边条;3—封边板件;4—下夹具; 5—可移动轨道,带动下夹具移动,使试件与剥离力方向始终保持 90° 6.4.5.2 结果计算:试件的 90°封边剥离强度σ90按式(1)计算,精确至 0.01N/mm。 …………………………(1) 式中: σ90——试件的剥离强度,单位为牛每毫米(N/mm); F ——试件的剥离力,单位为牛顿(N); B ——试件的厚度,即封边的宽度,单位为毫米(mm)。 6.4.5.3 一块试件的 90°剥离强度是同一块试件或不同试件 3 条边的 90°剥离强度的算术平均值,精确 至 0.1N/mm。 7 检验规则 7.1 检验分类 产品检验分出厂检验和型式检验。 7.2 出厂检验 出厂检验是产品出厂或产品交货时进行的检验,包括以下项目: a) 外观质量要求; b) 尺寸偏差要求。 B F σ 90 ? 6 T/CNFPIA 3016—2021 7 7.3 型式检验 型式检验包括外观质量、尺寸偏差、理化性能及有害物质的所有项目。正常情况下每月1次,有下 列情况之一时,应进行型式检验: a) 当原材料及生产工艺有较大变动时; b) 不连续生产,间隔3个月再生产时; c) 质量监管部门提出型式检验要求时。 7.4 抽样方法和判定规则 7.4.1 外观质量、尺寸偏差检验 采用GB/T 2828.1—2012中的一般检验水平为II,接收质量限(AQL)为4.0的一次抽样方案,见表5。 表 5 外观质量、规格尺寸及其偏差抽样方案 单位:件 批量范围 样本数 合格判定数 不合格判定数 样本合格数 51~90 13 1 2 12 91~150 20 2 3 18 151~280 32 3 4 29 281~500 50 5 6 45 501~1200 80 7 8 73 1201~3200 125 10 11 115 7.4.2 理化性能检验 理化性能检验用样品按表6批量随机抽取。初检样本检验结果存在不合格指标时,允许在同批产品 中加倍抽取样品对不合格指标进行复检。抽取样品复检结果全部合格,判合格;否则判不合格。 表 6 理化性能抽样方案 单位:件 批量 初查抽样数 复查抽样数 ≤1000 1 2 1001~2000 2 4 2001~3000 3 6 ≥3000 4 8 7.4.3 综合判断 外观质量、尺寸偏差、理化性能结果均应符合相应要求,才能判定合格,否则判定为不合格。 _________________________________
