2 . 2 梅毒筛查评价真实性与可靠性
考核血清盘梅毒弱阳性检出为标准,该试纸条筛查梅毒的灵敏度为 92.31%(24/26),特异性为100%(14/14),2 份漏检的血清均为弱阳性。为评价试纸条的稳定性、可靠性,在完全相同的条件下作了重复性试验,结果完全一致。用乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原 / 梅毒螺旋体联合全血金标试纸条检测梅毒抗体血清盘详细结果见表2
