Scope
This part of GB/T8243 stipulates the determination of the ability of full-flow oil filters for internal combustion engines with pressure-bearing shells made of composite materials to withstand internal pressure fluctuations and periodic internal pressure changes at specific operating temperatures. This section applies to spin-on composite material oil filters and removable composite material oil filters with disposable filter elements.
