Scope: This standard specifies the emission limit and measurement method of diesel vehicle free acceleration method and loading deceleration method, as well as the method and judgment basis of diesel vehicle appearance inspection and OBD inspection. This standard is applicable to the off-line inspection, registration inspection and in-use inspection of newly produced diesel vehicles. This standard also applies to other vehicles equipped with compression ignition engines. This standard does not apply to low-speed trucks and three-wheeled vehicles.
