- This standard specifies the technical requirements for the operation and management of urban rail transit facilities and equipment. This standard is applicable to the demand management in the planning and construction phase of subways and light rails and the technical management in the operation phase. Monorail, modern tram, maglev system, automatic guided rail system, and urban express rail system can be used as a reference.
