Scope

This part of GB/T 5464 specifies the graphic symbols for electrical equipment and their names, meanings and scope of application. The graphical symbols in this section are applicable to the following purposes: - to identify equipment or its components (such as controllers or displays); - to indicate functional status or functions (such as on, off, alarm); - to indicate connections (such as terminals, joints); ——Provide packaging information (such as packaging label, loading and unloading instructions); ——Provide operating instructions for equipment (such as use restrictions). The graphic symbols in this section do not apply to the following purposes. - safety marks; - public information; - sketches of drawings; - product technical documents.
