Scope

This part specifies the basic dimensional characteristics of trapezoidal cast iron piston rings with piston ring types T, TB, TBA, TM, K, KB, KBA and KM (hereinafter referred to as trapezoidal cast iron rings). This standard applies to trapezoidal cast iron rings for reciprocating internal combustion engines with cylinder diameters from 70 mm to 200 mm.
