This part of Part 7 of GB 16895 applies to fixed outdoor lighting installations. The requirements of this standard apply in particular to the following: - lighting installations and floodlighting installations for roads, parking lots, parks, public places, sports fields, places of interest and monuments; - lighting in other installations, such as telephone booths, buses Lighting for bus shelters, billboards, city map boards, road signs. This part does not apply to the following parts: - public lighting installations that are part of the public power network and are managed by the power supply department, and they are responsible for taking necessary safety measures; - temporary lanterns; - road traffic lights; - fixed to buildings Luminaires that are external to a building and are powered directly by the internal wiring of the building.
