This standard specifies the basic requirements for the R&D, design, manufacture, acceptance and application of machine tool numerical control systems, including: technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, storage and transportation, etc. This standard applies to various types of CNC systems for machine tools, including CNC systems for metal cutting machine tools, forging machine tools, woodworking machine tools and special processing machine tools. Numerical control systems for other purposes can be implemented as a reference.
