This part of GB/T 2423 gives a standard combination test method to determine the environmental adaptability of test samples when they are subjected to environmental conditions sequentially composed of environmental stresses such as temperature, damp heat and low air pressure (if necessary). The sequence of stressing and the environmental conditions at which the test steps are switched have been chosen to accelerate and intensify the same degradation mechanisms as natural climatic conditions. When the deterioration mechanism is the same and meets the specified test requirements, this section can also be used as the basis for writing similar test methods. In this test, the test samples are subjected to environmental tests according to the standard sequence, and are classified according to the codes specified in Appendix A of GB/T 2421.1-2008, except that the third group of numbers is used to indicate the fifth step: the number of cycles of the alternating damp heat test Db ( See Chapter 5 of GB/T 2423.4-2008). In this section, dashes in -/-/56, 40/-/- and other climate types can be used in combinations such as 55/100/56, 25/085/56, 40/085/21, etc. If any standard value is replaced, if it needs to be changed, the relevant specifications should provide the required information for each step of the selected test method (see Chapter 8). This test is often arranged after other tests related to mechanical stress, such as terminal strength test, solderability test and vibration test, as a method to determine whether the sealing of the test sample is damaged.
