Scope

This standard specifies the terminology for testing technical indicators of prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipelines for urban heating, inspection of appearance and structural dimensions of thermal insulation pipelines, performance testing of thermal insulation pipeline materials, performance testing of straight pipes for directly buried thermal insulation pipelines for hot water, and thermal insulation pipelines for hot water heating. Performance testing of joints, quality testing of hot water heating insulation pipe fittings, performance testing of hot water heating insulation pipeline valves, performance testing of thermal insulation pipeline alarm lines, performance testing of steam directly buried thermal insulation pipelines, pipeline accessories of steam direct buried thermal insulation pipelines Quality testing, performance testing of anti-corrosion coatings on external protective pipes of steam directly buried thermal insulation pipelines, main testing equipment, instruments and their accuracy, data processing and measurement uncertainty analysis, testing reports, etc. This standard is applicable to the detection of technical indicators of prefabricated direct-buried hot water insulation pipelines for urban heating and prefabricated direct-buried steam insulation pipelines for urban heating; various types of prefabricated direct-buried pipeline accessories and direct-buried pipeline interface technical indicators of heating pipelines detection.
