Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for applying for road transport vehicles and road transport vehicles in use, as well as the inspection methods for road transport vehicles in use. This standard is applicable to vehicles applying for road transportation business and vehicles currently engaged in road transportation business. Vehicles engaged in road transportation related business such as driver teaching can be implemented as a reference.
