This document specifies the principal dimensions of engineer's and Lineman's pliers and the test values for the pliers in order to verify their aptitude to function in conformity with ISO 5744. 5　要求 5.1　材料 钢锹原材料符合GB/T 699文本的规定或采用符合本文件要求相应牌号的现行标准的规定。 5.2　外观质量 钢锹表面应平整光滑，不应有分层、裂纹、缺边、毛刺、飞边、漏孔及影响使用性能的斑痕、麻点、氧化皮等其他缺陷。 钢锹表面上应涂油漆、塑粉等防腐层，不应有漏涂、脱落、起泡和生锈。 钢锹刃部开刃平顺、均匀一致。尖锹垂直锹身面看刃口，刃口成一条连续平滑曲线。顺方锹刃口看，刃口成一条黑线。 5.3　基本尺寸、质量及允许偏差 钢锹的基本尺寸、质量及允许偏差应符合表1的规定。（略） 锹裤内径（或外径）的圆度误差应不大于2㎜。 锹裤合缝从始端起，长度在30㎜内，合缝间隙不应大于1.5㎜。 锹裤尖端与前宽中点（锹尖）连线，应与两侧边和鼻筋前端对称，其对称度为3㎜。 铆钉孔上孔应在锹裤尖端与前宽中点（锹尖）连线上，对称度为2㎜。 5.4　热处理区域长度 不应小于锹身全长的2/3。 5.5　硬度 钢锹锹身淬火区域的硬度A级为45 HRC-53 HRC，B级为32 HRC-40 HRC。当弯曲（或静载）、冲击的性能指标符合本标准规定时，硬度值允许超过上限。 5.6　冲击试验 钢锹应做冲击试验，钢锹经冲击试验，其长宽变形A级≤2㎜，B级≤3㎜。 5.7　静载荷试验 煤锹、方锹、深翻锹应做静载试验，钢锹经静载试验，其长宽变形A级≤2㎜，B级≤3㎜。 5.8　弯曲试验 尖锹应做弯曲试验，钢锹经弯曲试验，其长宽变形A级≤2㎜，B级≤3㎜。
