肝癌体内外模型总结&工具病毒使用指南

肝癌是指发生于肝脏的恶性肿瘤,中国新增癌症病例高居世界第一位,其中肝癌的新增病例和死亡人数均居世界首位。目前,我国肝癌的发病率约为25.7/10万,成为死亡率仅次于胃癌、肺癌的第三大恶性肿瘤。探寻肝癌的生物学特性、发病及转移机制已成为当今研究的热点。

针对肝癌的研究少不了细胞和动物模型的加持。怎么选择这些工具能够帮助我们更好的进行研究,获得阳性数据,发表论文,申请基金,登上人生巅峰,你有了解吗?
