Scope
This document specifies the geometric shape and fit, appearance, physical and chemical properties, material and environmental test requirements and test methods of glass instruments for teaching, as well as inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, instructions, storage and transportation. This document is applicable to laboratory glass instruments used in teaching in primary and secondary schools. University laboratory glass instruments can be used as a reference. This document does not apply to electric vacuum teaching instruments and optical teaching instruments made of glass.
