GB/T 16656.31-1997 Industrial automation systems and integration--Product data representation and exchange--Part 31: Conformance testing methodology and framework: General concepts (English Version)
This standard describes the series of standards for conformance testing in GB/T16656 (ISO10303), and specifies the general method and framework for conformance testing implemented by GB/T16656 (ISO10303). The realization during the conformance test is called IUT (implementationundertest). Note: Figure 1 shows the interrelationship between each standard and some basic concepts of conformance testing. The functions of other standards of GB/T 16656 (ISO 10303) are listed in GB/T 16656.1. This series of standards applies to the various stages of the conformance testing process, which are distinguished by the following characteristics of the main activities: a) Determine the abstract test suite of the GB/T 16656 (ISO 10303) application protocol; b) Determine the GB/T 16656 (ISO 10303) implementation The abstract test method of the method; c) The conformance evaluation process implemented by the test laboratory for a certain client, which ends with the generation of a conformance test report. This standard applies to each of the above activities and provides explanatory material, normative requirements and defines common terms and concepts for each standard in this series. This series of standards stipulates the relevant requirements and guidelines for the procedures that should be followed for the conformance test of GB/T16656 (ISO10303). It contains only the information needed to: a) obtain sufficient confidence in the test as a measure of conformity; b) enable the comparison of the results of corresponding tests performed at different times at different locations; c) facilitate participation Communications between parties to the above activities. Requirements for procurement and contracts are outside the scope of this series of standards. Testing with test methods specified for a particular application or system is outside the scope of this series of standards. The framework established by this standard includes the concept of an executable test suite. The nature of an executable test suite is such that standardization is not possible. Therefore, the standardization of executable test suites is outside the scope of this series of standards. This standard gives only the following illustrative information, which are further explained in the remaining standards in this series of standards. a) Explanation of the meaning of consistency in GB/T 16656 (ISO 10303); b) Description of basic test and ability test; c) Introduction of consistency evaluation process; d) Abstract test method and its application e) an introduction to the concept of abstract test suite design. The procedures required for the conformance testing of GB/T 16656 (ISO 10303) do not belong to the scope of this standard, it belongs to GB/T 16656.34 (ISO 10303-34)
